新しい取り組み
おはようございます。
一ヶ月ぶりくらいにブログを更新します。
少しだけブログと距離をおいてみたのですが、
寂しさもこみ上げてきましたので、少しずつではありますが、
更新していこうと思ってますので、ご愛顧下さいね。
さて、最近取り組んでいる仕事は、
もちろんColdFusionを使った開発仕事もありますが、
それ以外にも東京都内の企業からシステム開発のマネージャーを行っています。
これが想像を絶するくらい大変なのだ。
いや、笑いこっちゃ無い。
ほんとに大変。
そもそも、これまではずっと”使用人”だった事もあり、
管理される側は理解できても管理する側なんて経験して事が無いのだから。
そこで色々と考えました。
「自分が部下だったら、どういう上司が良いのだろう？」と。
そう思うと、過去の理想の上司を思い出し、
自分の経験を踏まえて、色々と実践している最中です。
中間管理職って、本当に大変ですね。
私も一兵卒だった時には、言いたいことばっかり言ってましたが、
いざ、その立場に立つと、本当に色々な事が見えてくる。
「人の嫌がる事は、するもんじゃない」
いつか必ず自分の元に戻ってくる事を痛感しております。
そんなこんなで新しいビジネススキームを模索しつつ、
取り組んでおります。
自分のためにも”気づき”をメモ程度に綴っていこうと思います。
